As part of the Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project, Pure Water Monterey will provide over 3500 acre-feet of highly purified potable water for use by the residents and business of the Monterey Peninsula. Additionally, it will provide up to 5000 acre-feet of tertiary treated water for use by the Salinas Valley agricultural industry. A truly regional solution for a regional problem, Pure Water Monterey is the future of water.
