Water Conservation/Efficiency Requirements
• Multi-Family 4 Units or More/Common Interest Development Retrofit Certification Form – This form is to certify multi-family dwellings (apartments) and common interest development compliance with Rule 142.
• Water Conservation Certification (WCC) Form – This form is required for all transfers of title (changes of ownership)
• Water Efficiency Standards Certification Form – This form is used for (1) residential change of ownership, or (2) Water Permit self-certification following a failed inspection.
