NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Hearing Date:  April 18, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Location:         MPWMD, 5 Harris Court, Building G (Conference Room), Monterey, CA

 Subject:            Consider Amendment of the “6C Scarlett Water Distribution System Permit” to add one (1) Connection and set Capacity System Limits

The Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Hearing Officer will consider Application #WDS-202403086CS received on March 8, 2024, by Cindi Scarlett.  The proposed project is to add one (1) Connection and set System Limits. System Limits are set at 0.16 Acre-Feet per year (AFY) and the Expansion Capacity Limit is one (1) Connection.

MPWMD staff recommends approval of the application with Conditions of Approval that comply with the minimum standards specified in MPWMD Rule 22-C and required in Rule 22-D, and Special Conditions related to this application. The complete information package for this public hearing, including Findings and Conditions of Approval is available below.  If you are unable to attend the hearing, written comments should be received at the District office no later than 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.
