The MPWMD staff hearing office will consider Application #WDS-20210204WOL submitted on February 4, 2021, by applicant Wolter Properties Limited Partnership, a California Limited Partnership, in care of Anthony Lombardo & Associates. The proposed project is to set System Limits on a pre-existing Water Distribution System (Well) located in the Carmel Valley Alluvial Aquifer (CVAA) that has historically provided irrigation water from a single Connection. The project Site consists of nine legal lots of record which vary in size from 2.69 to 12.13 acres that are zoned for Residential use and that total more than 51 acres. The proposed amendment would: 1) set the Production Limit at 29.462 Acre-Feet Annually, and 2) set the Expansion Capacity Limit (e.g. number of Connections) at nine Connections. This action necessitates Conditions of Approval for the Wolter Properties WDS.
