	Action Items – Public comment will be received on all Action Items
	1.	Receive Minutes of March 26, 2010 Committee Meeting Action: The committee will consider receipt of draft minutes of the March 26, 2010 meeting.
	2.	Progress Report on Evaluation of Water Distribution Systems in Fractured Rock Action: The committee will receive a detailed PowerPoint presentation from District staff on the results of a pilot study of wells in the Carmel Woods, Carmel Views and Aguajito areas.

	3.	Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of an Ordinance that Expands the Rebate Program to Include Greywater Reuse and Other Technologies Action: The committee will discuss the ordinance and consider development of a recommendation to be presented at the July 19, 2010 Board meeting.
	Discussion Items – Public comment will be received on all Action Items
	4.	Discuss Revisions to the Rules and Regulations Related to Unpermitted Water Use Fixtures in Bank-Owned Properties Action: The committee will receive a presentation from staff and discuss options for modifications to District regulations related to unpermitted water use fixtures.
