1.

Review and Comment on Proposed Draft Concept Ordinance that Would Add To and Amend the Process for the Administrative Enforcement of District Rules and Regulations

Action:  The committee will review the ordinance and develop a recommendation to the Board.  The proposed ordinance would establish enforcement of District Rules and Regulations through an Administrative Citation process.

 

 

 

 

2.

Review and Comment on Proposed Resolutions 2008-02  and 2008-03 that Would Amend  MPWMD Rules and Regulations -- Rule 24, Table 1-- Residential Fixture Unit Count Values  and Rule 25.5, Table 4 -- Ultra-Low Consumption Appliance Credits

Action:  The committee will consider developing a recommendation to the Board regarding adoption of Resolutions 2008-02 and 2008-03 that would amend the District’s Rules and Regulations by adding a fixture unit value for High Efficiency Toilets to the Residential Fixture Unit Count table and to the Ultra-Low Consumption Appliance Credits table.
