Users listed in this category have reduced water Capacity from the types of
uses listed in Groups I-III and have received a Water Use Credit for
modifications. The General Manager
shall maintain a list of specific properties in this Group that have received
a Water Use Credit pursuant to Rule 25.5 for permanent reduction in use. |

structures are exempt from the Non-Residential Permit requirements and have
no Water Credit value. |
