Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Ordinance No. 140, Amending the Rebate Program Amounts, Deleting 1.6 Gallon Per Flush Toilets from the Rebate Program, and Adding Rebates for Lawn Removal, Synthetic Turf Installation, and Other Commercial/Industrial/Institutional Retrofits

 

 

Action:  The committee will review the ordinance and focus discussion on provisions for lawn removal and synthetic turf installation.

Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Ordinance No. 141 – Amending Regulation XIV, Water Conservation

 

 

Action:  The committee will discuss the draft ordinance, including provisions that would, under specific circumstances, disallow accrual of water credit for retrofitting fixtures.
