	1.	Receive Minutes of August 5, 2008 Committee Meeting Action: The committee will review and receive minutes of the August 5, 2008 committee meetings.
	2.	Discuss Concept Ordinance No. 137, Amending Regulation XV, Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan Action: The committee will review a summary of the proposed ordinance and may develop a recommendation for Board consideration at the first reading scheduled for October 20, 2008.
	3.	Set Future Meeting Date
