	1.	Receive Minutes of July 14, 2008 Committee Meeting Action: The committee will review and receive minutes of the July 14, 2008 committee meetings.
	2.	Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Revised Ordinance No. 135 – Include the Inland Subareas of the Seaside Basin in the Monterey Peninsula Water Resource System Action: The committee will review the draft ordinance and develop a recommendation for Board consideration at the first reading scheduled for September 15, 2008.
	3.	Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Ordinance No. 137 -- Revise Regulation XIV, Water Conservation, and Mandate Installation of Zero Water Consumption Urinals for All New Construction and Remodels Action: The committee will review the draft ordinance and develop a recommendation for Board consideration at the first reading scheduled for August 18, 2008.
