	1.	Receive Minutes of April 29 and May 9, 2008 Committee Meetings Action: The committee will review and receive minutes of the April 29 and May 9, 2008 committee meetings.
	2.	Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Revised Ordinance No. 134 -- Amending Regulation XV, Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan Action: The committee will review the draft ordinance and develop a recommendation for Board consideration at the first reading scheduled for July 21, 2008.
	3.	Discuss Development of an Ordinance that Would Revise Regulation XIV, Water Conservation, and Mandate Installation of Zero Water Consumption Urinals for All New Construction and Remodels Action: The committee will discuss development of an ordinance and provide direction to staff.
	4.	Discuss Development of an Ordinance that would Establish a Process for Authorizing Adjustments to Water Distribution System Production and Connection Limits Action: The committee will discuss development of an ordinance and provide direction to staff.
