	1.	Receive Committee Meeting Minutes of August 1 and October 30, 2006, and May 1, 2007 Action: The committee will review and receive the minutes.
	2.	Review and Comment on Proposal to Modify the Rebate Program to Include ET Irrigation Controllers and Adjust Existing Rebate Amounts Action: The Committee will review the components that could be included in a future draft ordinance that would modify the District’s rebate program.
