	Action Items -- Public comment will be received on all Action Items
	1.	Receive Minutes of July 1, 2008 Committee Meeting Action: The committee will review and receive minutes of the July 1, 2008 committee meeting.
	2.	Approve Revisions to Deed Restriction Templates 3.1 and 3.6 Action: The committee will review the revised deed restriction templates 3.1, Notice of Non-Compliance with Permit Rules, and 3.6, Notice of Connection Fees Due, and consider approval.
	3.	Discuss Development of Policy Regarding Installation of Dual Plumbing Systems in a Structure Action: The committee will review the District’s existing administrative practice that prohibits installation of dual plumbing systems in a structure and discuss development of a formal policy governing installation of dual plumbing systems in single structures. This item was deferred from the July 1, 2008 committee meeting.
