	Call to Order

			The public may comment on any item within the District’s jurisdiction. Please limit your comments to three minutes in length.
	Action Items -- Public comment will be received on all Action Items
	1.	Approve Revisions to Deed Restriction Templates Action: The committee will consider four new deed restriction templates. Committee review of new templates is required by Board-adopted guidelines.
	2.	Consider Revised Concept Ordinance that Would Add To and Amend the Process for the Administrative Enforcement of District Rules and Regulations Action: The committee will review the ordinance and develop a recommendation to the Board. The proposed ordinance would propose to enforce District Rules and Regulations through an Administrative Citation process.
