Action: Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting.

Review Form 1.0A, Template for Notice and Deed Restriction Regarding Limitation on Use with Special Circumstances and Form WDS1, Template for Notice and Deed Restriction Regarding Limitation on Use of a Water Distribution System

Action:  The committee will review two new deed restriction templates, and make a recommendation to the Board.

Discuss Implementation of Water Distribution System Rules Related to Wells in Carmel Valley Alluvial Aquifer

Action: The committee will consider confirming recent administrative direction by the General Manager for the processing of Water Distribution System applications that involve wells in the Carmel Valley Alluvial Aquifer.  The Committee will make a recommendation to the MPWMD Board for consideration at its October 16, 2006 regular meeting.
