Receive Minutes of April 3, 2008 Committee Meeting

Action:The committee will review and receive minutes of the April 3, 2008 meeting.






Develop Recommendation to the District Board on Strategies to Address Negative Impacts of the Draft Cease and Desist Order (CDO) Issued to California American Water on January 15, 2008 by the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Water Rights

Action:The committee will review and modify preliminary comments on the draft CDO developed at the April 3, 2008 meeting.The committee will also begindevelopment of a final recommendation and report to the Board on strategies to address the potential negative impacts of the draft CDO. If time permits, the committee may complete the report at this meeting. Public comment will be received. Individual public comment on each item will be limited to two (2) minutes in length.
