SUMMARY:  Exhibit 8-A comprises the Treasurer’s Report for July 2021.  Exhibit 8-B and Exhibit 8-C are listings of check disbursements for the period July 1-31, 2021.  Check Nos. 39533 through 39703, the direct deposits of employee’s paychecks, payroll tax deposits, and bank charges resulted in total disbursements for the period in the amount of $1,670,911.79.  This amount included $26,847.05 for conservation rebates paid out during the current period.  Exhibit 8-D reflects the unaudited version of the financial statements for the month ending July 31, 2021. 

 

RECOMMENDATION:  District staff recommends adoption of the July 2021 Treasurer’s Report and financial statements, and ratification of the disbursements made during the month.
