Review Process and Schedule to Develop a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Monterey Regional Water Pollution Control Agency, Including a Possible Funding Assistance Plan

Action: The committee will review the process for development of an MOU with MRWPCA and may set a schedule for completion of the MOU process.

Review Process and Schedule to Develop a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Marina Coast Water District to Facilitate Water Supply Planning in the Monterey Peninsula Area

Action:  The committee will review the process for development of an MOA and may set a schedule for completion of the MOA process.
