SUMMARY: Provided as Attachment 1 is a draft staff report that will be reviewed by the Water Supply Planning Committee on March 4, 2014 and subsequently submitted to the Board of Directors for consideration at the March 17, 2014 Board meeting. District staff will review the Groundwater Replenishment Project budget with the Ordinance No. 152 Oversight Panel and respond to questions.
