The Board will review, provide suggested edits, and consider approval
of the draft meeting minutes of the MPWMD Board of Director’s Special and

on Friday, March 24, 2023; and Special Board Meeting on Friday, March 31,
2023. The draft minutes are attached as
Exhibit 1-A, Exhibit 1-B, and Exhibit 1-C to the staff report. RECOMMENDATION:
