Review Proposed MPWMD Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010

 

 

Action:  The Board will review the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010.  General direction may be given to staff but the Board will take no formal action.  The Board is scheduled to consider adoption of the budget at its regular monthly meeting on June 15, 2009.

Discuss Amending Existing Rules Regarding Directors’ Attendance at Conferences

Action: The Board will review existing rules governing Directors’ attendance at conferences and discuss whether or not to amend the travel policies.  The Board may provide direction to staff on preparation of policies for consideration at a future meeting.

Consider Adoption of Resolution No. 2009-05 Establishing Guidelines for Direct Receipt of Payment from Non-District Funds for Travel and Related Expenses

Action:  Review and consider adoption of a resolution that would establish guidelines for direct receipt of payment from non-District funds for travel and related expenses.
