ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: Anyone wishing to address the Board on matters under MPWMD jurisdiction but not listed on the agenda may do so only during Oral Communications. Please limit your comment to three (3) minutes. The public may comment on all other items at the time they are presented to the Board.
PUBLIC HEARING
1.	Hearing on Apparent Insufficient Physical Supplies to Serve Ryan Ranch Water Distribution System and Determination as to Whether, and to What Extent, System Capacity and/or Expansion Capacity Limits Should be Modified
	Action: The Board will hold an administrative hearing as required by MPWMD Rule 40 to determine if the system capacity (production) and/or expansion capacity (connection) limits for the Ryan Ranch Water Distribution System should be modified because the physical water supplies do not appear sufficient to support the previously set system limits.  California American Water, the owner and operator of the system, was notified of the insufficiency on September 19, 2008. Public comment will be received.

Documents distributed at the meeting will be made available in the same manner. The next regular meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Thursday, January 29, 2009.
