    1. Consider Request to Transfer Water Use Credits from Robles Del Rio Lodge, LLC to Monterey County

    2. ACTION: This item is continued from the December 11, 2000 Board meeting. Public comment will be received on this item.
       
    3. Consider First Reading of Ordinance No. 100 - An Ordinance of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Temporarily Suspending Receipt of Applications for Water Credit Transfers

    4. ACTION: The proposed ordinance would establish a 90-day period in which only water credit transfers between "like to like," commercial to commercial or industrial to industrial uses would be allowed, in addition, the sale of water credits for profit would be prohibited. Public comment will be received on this item.
       
    5. Consider Second Reading and Adoption of Ordinance No. 96 - An Ordinance of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Revising the Definition and Regulation of Water Distribution Systems

    6. ACTION: The Board will consider adoption of the proposed ordinance that would change existing District rules and regulations that define and govern creation and expansion of water distribution systems, including mobile water distribution systems. The first reading version of the ordinance was adopted on November 20, 2000. A Negative Declaration for the ordinance was adopted on August 21, 2000. Public comment will be received on this item.
       
    7. Consider Adoption of Urgency Ordinance No. 97 - An Ordinance of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Amending Water Use Credit Transfer Rules

    8. ACTION: The Board will consider adoption of Urgency Ordinance No. 97. The proposed ordinance would prohibit the transfer of any water credit when money or other valuable consideration greater than the connection charge collected by the District was given in exchange for the water credit. If the urgency ordinance is adopted, it would take effect on January 26, 2001. Public comment will be received on this item.
       
    9. Consider First Reading of Ordinance No. 99 - An Ordinance of the Board of Directors of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Requiring Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications and Establishing Penalties and Remedies for Non-Disclosure

    10. ACTION: The Board will receive public comment, discuss the ordinance and then determine whether or not to adopt the first reading version.
