CPUC Issues Proposed Decision on Water Supply Project

On August 13, 2018, the California Public Utilities Commission issued a proposed decision on California-American Water Company’s Application 12-04-019 for construction of the Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project.  The proposed decision would approve a modified Monterey Peninsula Water Supply Project, adopt settlement agreements, issue a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity and certify the EIR/EIS.  The CPUC may consider the proposed decision again in September 2018.
