Court Confirms Stay of SWRCB Order WR 2009-0060

A hearing in this case is set at the Monterey Courthouse on January 27, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in Department 14. This hearing will review the status of the Stay, and may address other preliminary issues such as case consolidation, intervention of parties, preparation of the administrative record and setting of trial dates.
