SUMMARY: At the November 5, 2013 committee meeting, there was a request that staff provide an update on the current access to Sleepy Hollow Steelhead Rearing Facility, and also future access with the planned transfer of land from Cal-Am to the Bureau of Land Management. Staff will provide an update at the meeting. Attached for committee review is Exhibit 5-A, License Agreement – Sleepy Hollow Steelhead Rearing Facility and Exhibit 5-B, March 27, 2012 letter from the Water Management District regarding the land transfer to the U.S. Bureau of Land Management.

RECOMMENDATION: The Committee should review the attachments in preparation for the staff update.
