SUMMARY:  At its May 9, 2012 meeting, the Public Outreach Committee agreed to ask the Water Supply Planning Committee to consider evaluating each of the three potential desalination projects on a common basis in order to ascertain the viability of each project relative to the others.  This task is similar to a request made of the Technical Advisory Committee by the MPRWA.  A verbal report will be provided on the status of the MPRWA’s progress.
