At the July 1, 2010 Water Supply Planning Committee meeting, the Committee reviewed staff’s report on progress in identifying potential desalination projects within the MPWMD boundary. The Committee members provided direction regarding analysis of potential sites and feedwater intake technologies. Attached as Exhibit 2-A is a progress report by District Engineer Andy Bell on staff’s work on potential desalination projects since the July 1 meeting.
