Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of  Revised Ordinance No. 135 – Include the Inland Subareas of the Seaside Basin in the Monterey Peninsula Water Resource System

Action:  The committee will review the draft ordinance and develop a recommendation for Board consideration at the first reading scheduled for  September 15, 2008.

Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of Ordinance No. 137 -- Revise Regulation XIV, Water Conservation, and Mandate Installation of Zero Water Consumption Urinals for All New Construction and Remodels
