Action:  Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting.  Public comment will be received on this item.






Discuss Conceptual Ordinance No. 124 –Clarifying Rules Related to Water Permits and Credits

Action: Review and provide feedback on the complete compilation of rule amendments that have been discussed by the Water Demand Committee over the past five months. Public comment will be received.






Review Potential Change to District Rule 20.C Exempting that Portion of Former Fort Ord within the MPWMD Boundary from Water Distribution System Expansion/Extension Permit Requirements

Action: Review and provide feedback to staff regarding draft conceptual ordinance amending Rule 20.C.  Public comment will be received.






Review 2005 Monterey County Grand Jury Report Recommending MPWMD Connection Permit Rules Revision

Action: Provide feedback to staff on response to 2005 Grand Jury Report. Public comment will be received.
