Receive Minutes of October 11, 2005 Committee Meeting

Action:  Review and receive minutes of the committee meeting.  Public comment will be received on this item.

 

 

 

 

 

 

2.

Review and Recommend a Committee Charge

Action:  The committee will review the previously adopted charge of the Water Demand Committee and revise, if necessary.  This item was continued from the October 11, 2005 committee meeting. Public comment will be received.

 

 

 

 

 

3.

Review and Endorse Common Methodology for Projecting Long-Term Water Needs

Action: The Water Demand Committee will review the long-term water needs estimates developed by District staff and the Technical Advisory Committee.  Public comment will be received.

 

 

 

 

4.

Discuss and Provide Feedback on Amendments to District Rules 11, 23 and 24.5 Related to Policies and Procedures in the Water Demand Division

Action: The committee will review proposed amendments that reflect current administrative practices and policies and clarify the rules to facilitate completion of the Water Demand Division’s Policies and Procedures Manual.  Public comment will be received.
