Portable water fixtures, fountains, ponds, hot tub/spas, drinking fountains, pot fillers, outdoor showers, outdoor sinks, pet/livestock wash racks and water troughs, shall not be charged a connection charge, nor shall these fixtures and other water features not listed on Table I receive a Water Use Credit upon removal.  Water Use Credits for multiple showerheads shall be limited to two (2) per shower stall. Fixtures that deviate from those listed on Table I shall be reviewed and assigned a fixture unit value according to Rule 24.
