Elect Committee Chair and Vice Chair for 2011

Action:  The Charge to the Technical Advisory Committee specifies that the chair and vice chair shall be elected annually or biennially at the first meeting conducted in the calendar year.






Receive Minutes of May 4 and August 3, 2010 TAC Meetings

Action:  The committee will review and receive the minutes.






Develop Recommendation to the Board of Directors Regarding Second Reading of Ordinance No. 147 --  An Ordinance of the MPWMD Amending Regulation XV, Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan, to Implement Water Banking in Stages 5-7 Water Rationing

Action: The committee will review Draft Ordinance No 147 and consider making a recommendation for Board consideration on February 24, 2011.
