Elect Committee Chair

Action: The committee will consider electing a Chair.  The last time the committee elected a Chair was in April 2005.






Receive Committee Meeting Minutes of July 27, 2007

Action:  The committee will review and receive the minutes.






Review and Comment on  Draft Ordinance No. 129 -- An Ordinance of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District Adding the Rebate Program to the Rules and Regulations of the District, Amending the Rebate Amounts, Excluding Areas within the District that Receive Water from Water Distribution Systems Not Regulated by the District from the Rebate Program, and Adding Rebates for Certain Water Saving Irrigation System Retrofits

Action:  The Committee will review Draft Ordinance No. 129 that it scheduled for presentation to the Board on August 20, 2007 for second reading and adoption.






Review and Comment on Proposed Draft Ordinance No. 130 – Adding a Process for Sub-Potable Water Use Credits to the District’s Rules and Regulations

Action:  The committee will review and comment on proposed Draft Ordinance No. 130 that is scheduled for first reading before the Board on August 20, 2007.
