Receive Minutes of June 6, 2006 and January 23, 2007 Technical Advisory Committee Meetings

Action: The committee will review and receive the minutes.

 

 

 

 

2.

Review Preliminary Draft Ordinance No. 128 of the Monterey Peninsula Water Management District, Clarifying Terms, Rules and Policies Related to Water Distribution Systems, Water Permits, Water Use Permits, Water Credits, and the Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan

Action:The Committee will review a preliminary draft ordinance that makes administrative amendments to the Rules and Regulations that were excluded from Ordinance No. 125 (clarifying the water permit and water credit processes).

 

 

 

 

3.

Discuss Procedure Used by Jurisdictions to: A) Obtain MPWMD Water Permit Prior to Issuance or Amendment of Building Permits; and B) Inform Jurisdiction Staff and Building/Zoning Permit Applicants of District Rule Changes

Action: The committee will review the Districtís permit process.
