SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 2-A, is the staff report presented to the District Board of Directors at their March 23, 2006 workshop when they received a presentation titled Water Needs Analysis: Existing Setting and Demand. During discussion of this item, the Board requested that the information be provided to the TAC. The District’s Senior Hydrologist, Darby Fuerst, prepared the analysis. At the August 1 meeting, he will narrate the PowerPoint presentation that summarizes the report and respond to questions and comments from the TAC.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive the report and ask questions of staff.
