SUMMARY: Attached is a letter from Robin McCrae, President of the Coalition of Homeless Services Providers requesting that the TAC consider proposed amendments to the District’s Rule 28 (water credit transfer rule) to facilitate the development of more affordable housing on the Monterey Peninsula (Exhibit 3-A).
RECOMMENDATION: The TAC should discuss the Coalition of Homeless Services Providers’ request and provide feedback to staff. Please refer to agenda item 2, Exhibit 2-B, for a copy of Rule 28.
