SUMMARY: Attached is a letter from Senior Planner Chip Rerig of the City of Monterey requesting that the TAC consider proposed amendments to the District’s Rule 28 (water credit transfer rule) to allow transfers from open space to the Jurisdiction’s public allocation (Exhibit 2-A).

RECOMENDATION: The TAC should discuss the City of Monterey’s request and provide feedback to staff. A copy of Rule 28 is provided as Exhibit 2-B.
