SUMMARY:  Director Brower asked that the committee discuss the timing of proof of water availability to address concerns raised by one of his constituents regarding the County’s development approval process, particularly as it relates to projects served by Water Distribution Systems with multiple Connections.  Staff met with County staff on October 13, 2011, and determined that planned modifications to the County’s ordinances will resolve the issue.  Staff will report to the Rules and Regulations Committee on the discussion with County staff.

 

RECOMMENDATION:  No action is recommended.
