Two-Year Term Alternatives	One-Year Term Alternative
Alternative 1	Alternative 4
In January, at the beginning of each two-year term, the Board Chair will appoint Directors to serve as representative and alternate to the Watermaster for a two-year term.	In January of each year, the Board Chair will appoint Directors to serve as representative and alternate to the Watermaster for one-year terms.
Alternative 2
In January, at the beginning of each two-year term, the Vice Chair will be appointed as representative to the Watermaster for a two-year term. In the first year of the term, the Board Chair will serve as alternative. In the second year of the term, the incoming Vice-Chair will serve as alternate.
Alternative 3
In January, at the beginning of each two-year term, the Board Chair will be appointed as representative to the Watermaster for a two-year term. The Vice Chair will be appointed as alternate for a two-year term.
