Action:  The committee will review and receive minutes of the March 20, 2009 committee meeting.






Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of an Ordinance Regarding Installation of Dual Plumbing Systems

Action:  The Committee will review a draft ordinance that allows two Water Distribution Systems to serve a single structure.






Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding First Reading of an Ordinance Regarding Water Distribution System Exemption for Pre-Existing, Non-Confirming Systems, Rule 20-C

Action: The committee will review the first draft of an ordinance that adds a new exemption to Rule 20-C for pre-existing, non-conforming Water Distribution Systems that have a unique history, and for which normal permit protocol may not be reasonable or practicable.

Discuss Revisions to Regulation XIV and Impacts on Water Credits

Action:  The Committee will discuss a policy question related to the availability of water credits when a retrofit is required by the District.






Discuss Process for Board/Committee Review of Draft Ordinances

Action:  The committee will discuss the process for Board and committee review of draft ordinances, and decide if the process should be modified.
