Receive Minutes of August 4, 2008 Committee Meeting

Action:The committee will review and receive minutes of the August 4, 2008 committee meeting.






Discuss and Make Recommendation on Ordinance Amending the Rebate Program to Disallow the Reuse of Water Savings Resulting from the Rebate Program

Action: The Public Utilities Commission Division of Ratepayer Advocates has expressed concern about the practice of allowing the reuse of water savings that that result from the Districtís water credit program.The committee will review a draft ordinance that would require repayment of rebate money before a water permit is issued when that permit makes use of a water credit for the rebated fixtures.






Develop Recommendation to the Board Regarding Directorsí Participation in District Health Insurance Plans

Action:The committee will review a draft policy outlining procedures for Directorsí participation in the Districtís health insurance plans. The committee will decide if the Board should consider adoption of an ordinance that codifies the policy.
