Action: The committee will review the revised deed restriction templates 3.1, Notice of Non-Compliance with Permit Rules, and 3.6, Notice of Connection Fees Due, and consider approval.

Discuss Development of Policy Regarding Installation of Dual Plumbing Systems in a Structure

Action:The committee will review the Districtís existing administrative practice that prohibits installation of dual plumbing systems in a structure and discuss development of a formal policy governing installation of dual plumbing systems in single structures.This item was deferred from the July 1, 2008 committee meeting.
