EXHIBIT 2-C-1

SCHEDULE OF FINES:

LATE PENALTY CHARGE

Unless a deposit waiver has been issued in accord with Rule 113.2, a late penalty charge shall be assessed on Administrative Citation fees, fines, penalties and costs as follows:

A.   If the fee, fine, penalty or cost is not paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the citation, a first penalty of ten percent (10%) of the amount shall be due.

B.   If the fee, fine, penalty or cost is not paid within forty-five (45) days from the date of the citation, a second penalty of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the fine, in addition to the first penalty shall be due.

C.   Any fine which is not paid within thirty (30) days from the date of the citation shall pay interest, as set forth in Rule 115.3, on the delinquent fee, fine, penalty or cost and on any penalty or penalties.
