A.       Develop Recommendation on Modifications to Proposed Ordinance No. 112 – Elimination of Ex Parte Communication Rules        

             Action:  The committee will discuss the text of draft Ordinance No. 112 and provide direction on amendments for referral to the Board. This item was continued from the March 29, 2004 committee meeting and agendized but not discussed at the April 19, 2004 Regular Board meeting.  Public comment will be received on this item.

 

 

 

 

 

 

B.          Review Provisions and Make Recommendations Regarding Ordinance No. 104, Modifying the Administrative Appeal Process

Action:  Ordinance No. 104 includes a provision that the Board must review the ordinance and determine if modifications are necessary. Public comment will be received on this item.
