SUMMARY: Attached as Exhibit 2-A is a list of activities to expand public outreach that was developed by Kevin Urquhart, Senior Fisheries Biologist. The list was reviewed and discussed by the committee on June 29, 2011. The attached list identifies activities that could be accomplished at the administrative level by authorization of the General Manager, and items that would need authorization from the Board of Directors.
RECOMMENDATION: The Committee should review and discuss the list, and provide direction to staff on the items that should be presented to the full Board for approval.
