SUMMARY:   On May 19, 2008, the Board of Directors is scheduled to consider first reading of Ordinance No. 134 that would subject the Inland Subareas of the Seaside Groundwater Basin to Regulation XV, the Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan.   District staff suggests that it may be appropriate to conduct public outreach to water users and property owners within the Inland Subareas, including the Laguna Seca Subarea, regarding the proposed ordinance.   Additional information for Committee consideration will be provided at the April 3, 2008 meeting.
