Action:  Review the draft text and advise staff of recommended changes to the draft report.

Consider Recommendations to Board for Enhancing District and California American Water Relationship

Action:  Consider ideas that were raised at the November 30, 2007 Public Outreach Committee meeting when Steven Leonard, General Manager of California American Water met with the committee.  Develop a recommendation to the Board that could include scheduling an August 30, 2007 Board Workshop regarding CAW operation functions and service responsibilities.
