SUMMARY: A brief video containing samples of graphics to be incorporated into the District’s production will be presented for committee review.

RECOMMENDATION: The committee should preview the sample video and provide comments to District staff.

BACKGROUND: District staff member Rosemary Kenner has videotaped some scenes that could be incorporated into the informational video. Approximately $350 has been spent on video editing software and hardware to simplify the process for in-house editing of the production. This means that fewer hours will be spent at Access Monterey Peninsula (AMP) using their less-sophisticated editing software, and additional hours can be allocated towards time focused in the AMP studios utilizing the expertise of their film crew.
