Review Action by MPWMD in Response to Final Cease and Desist Order Against California American Water



Action: The committee will review a draft urgency ordinance amending Regulation XV, the Expanded Water Conservation and Standby Rationing Plan, and make a recommendation for Board consideration on December 14, 2009.

Committee members may comment on a matter within the jurisdiction of the MPWMD.  No discussion or action is appropriate other than referral to staff or setting a matter as a future agenda item.
